Information About Us

Our check is 100% free. Once we present the results of our assessment, we will recommend that you use one of our panel of Solicitors, but
You are under no obligation to proceed.

Accessing Our Site

We provide access to our site on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We may restrict access to some parts of our site, or the entire site, to registered users.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary to access our site and for ensuring that anyone accessing our site through your internet connection is aware of and complies with these terms.

Our Service

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We operate an introductory service that connects you to solicitors on our panel who:
(i) in mis-sold car finance claims, contribute to our marketing costs and pay us a fee for our services; or
(ii) in other matters, may pay us a share of the fees they charge.

The solicitor we recommend will charge a fee between 18–30% (inclusive of VAT) of your compensation. They may also charge a termination fee if you cancel after the statutory cooling-off period. Please read their Terms and Conditions for full details.

Any legal services contract you enter into is between you and the solicitor, and we are not a party to it. We accept no responsibility or liability for any advice given or work carried out on your behalf by the solicitor or any other third party you choose to appoint.

You are under no obligation to instruct one of our panel solicitors.

We operate across England and Wales. Please contact us if you need information about solicitors in Scotland.
